Level 1- Small Objects Scan

We started our 3D journey from low-scale scans but with distinguished complexity.

We tried two different approaches for 3D scanning and modeling. One, as already mentioned, is by using Lidar camera. The other is by photogrammetry, using a common smartphone camera.

We decided to continue by using only Lidar scanning for reasons of processing and modeling speed Photogrammetry can take many hours to be completed with great results, while Lidar scanning can take few minutes, with good quality results.

From that point on, we started to develop our engine in order to improve the models and optimize them constantly in terms of quality, realism, and size.
